Very clean and spacious room.

I was disappointed to find no breakfast options. Leaving a personal item behind became frustrating when I contacted the staff for help. They didn't seem very eager to assist.

Exceptionally comfortable and absolutely amazing hotel, stayed here for 1 night and had a nice experience. The location couldn't be more quiet and decent in the middle of jackson. In a hurry we visited Naansense nearby.

The hotel was perfect for our large family. We appreciated the spacious King Suite, which gave us room to breathe while traveling with our small kid. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the free laundry was a major plus.

My kids wished there was a continental breakfast option for our morning meals.

The stay was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean. The fitness center had a solid variety of machines, and I loved being able to use the gas grills on the back patio for dinner. I also appreciated the helpful guidance from the staff, especially Marie, who pointed us to nearby stores and attractions.

Candlewood Suites was like home. The building was super clean and the staff greeted me with warmth. I loved how quiet it was at night, perfect for a restful stay. My room had a full kitchen with all the utensils I needed. The bed was soft, giving me great sleep. I particularly appreciated the fitness center, with a nice variety of machines to keep up my workout routine. The back patio with gas grills was a fun spot for evening grilling. One downside? The place doesn't offer breakfast. But the excellent service and beautiful surroundings made up for it.

The spacious rooms and convenient pantry options were great, but I felt uneasy about the hotel’s location and cleanliness issues like dirty carpets and lack of regular maid service. Friendly staff made an effort, but I encountered some rudeness which was disappointing.

the wi-fi was super spotty, but the room was really clean and had a full kitchen which was awesome. the bed was super soft and the shower was spacious, i loved it! very convenient overall.
